For some weird reason Prestashop won't allow you to delete orders. But even with that, you definitely need to create some orders to test your shop. Do you really want to go through loads of database tables and manually remove all useless orders and associated data? I bet the answer is no.
With this module, you just have to input the ID from which you want to start erasing from, and click delete. nothing more! it's THAT easy!

Fails to completely delete an order.
Does not do what it says. If there are customizations associated with an order then they do not get deleted and they are left within the database.

Awesome!
Absolutely fantastic! Just used it on a new install of 1.5.2 (yeah, I know 3 is around, but after reading some of the reports -re: categories? - I'm twitchy about it). Worked perfectly. Thanks a million for that freebie!
Now, if you're bored, how about a mod that resets all the changes that a new theme has made to the default theme? It seems that once a specific theme is installed, all the changes (modules, images etc.) cause havoc when a simpleton like me would like to revert to the default. Backing up the database and doing a clean install doesn't help...
Perhaps a mod that saves all the data from the default tables might be just as usefull...
Good sales and loads of luck for a healthy, happy 2013!

Asked by Dennis Is it updated to 1.5 yet?Answer:
Yes, it works beautifully with Prestashop 1.5 now (october 9, 2012)
Asked by Stefan Hi,
first of all thanks for your module.
But I have some questions: I would like to reset my order history and the customer data.
That means, when somebody orders, then I have everything clear and the order id starts with 1 again.
Does your module do that? Because I read everywhere that you have to paste a certain code in mysql in order to reset it to 0.
Or does your module only delete the order and new order will continue with the last order id.
And one more question:
In your module it says: type in the order id from where you want to start deleting. If I want to delete everything, do I have to type in "00001" or do I have to type " eg. 12500. From where does it delete from up to down or down to upwards?
Thanks.
Best regards.Answer:
Hi there!
The module kills all orders above the selected ID, and resets the index to the number set. If you type 1, alk orders from id #1 and above will be erased. Thus, the new one will have id =1
Asked by a guest I want to delete old orders but keep newer ones (delete 1 through 100 of 200 orders). Is that possible?Answer:

Users reported it is, I didn't have enough time to test it myself, but it should work. However, it might leave a couple of traces in the database at this stage.
